Gavin Robb, Managing Director

Gavin has over 25 years' experience of providing project and cost management services in Scotland and throughout the UK. His wide ranging experience covers project delivery from inception to completion, under all types of procurement. Specific expertise in 'up front' strategic consultancy including brief taking, establishing project strategy, design team appointments and establishing the project execution plan. He is skilled in the motivating and directing professional and unskilled staff. Gavin is an excellent team player and motivational leader.

Craig McNeil, Director

Craig has over 25 years' of UK experience both in the consultancy and contracting sectors of the construction industry in both cost and project management. As a result, Craig has a rounded understanding of the construction process and a particular knowledge of functional analysis, best value, and buildability. Craig is diligent, reliable and recognised in the construction industry for providing solid and highly professional advice. Craig is also well versed in providing bid management for both client and contractor organisations, through to successful project delivery.

Calum More, Director

  • MSc (Distinction) in Construction Management (Project Management), Heriot-Watt University

Calum has over 13 years' project management experience including 5 years delivering major banking and commercial projects in central London. He has portfolio experience in all market sectors, managing projects from inception through to operation; consistently achieving high client satisfaction through effective delivery. He is skilled in the appointment and management of project teams, programming, procurement, contract administration, and employer's agent duties. Calum is a motivational manager, with an emphasis on effective, clear and concise communication. He is a regular guest lecturer at Napier University.

Ronnie Pont, Director

Ronnie has over 20 years' experience in the construction industry on a wide spectrum of projects including hotel, leisure, healthcare, education, retail, commercial, industrial and residential. His specific expertise lies in feasibility cost planning, procurement advice and contract negotiations, therefore minimising financial risk through the project delivery phase. He has significant professional experience throughout the UK within consultancy, major contracting, and client organisations, bringing a rounded understanding to all aspects of the development process. Ronnie is an excellent communicator, and his inclusive and open manner proves highly beneficial to project teams on complex projects.

Gary has over 25 years of UK and International experience in project and cost management. He has particular expertise leading high-value project teams in the financial services, retail, accountancy, petroleum, residential, and commercial property sectors. His strength lies in the delivery of strategically concise project and development management, delivered with a clear understanding of his client's brief. Gary has a particular focus on client care, and is driven and enthusiastic in his approach to team working.
