The works included the internal refurbishment, extension and fit out of the Victorian villa, as well as associated site works and landscaping. Original Victorian features such as marble fireplaces and ornate cornice work were preserved.
Axiom was appointed as Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor to provide initial cost planning, assist with the tendering process, execute the Building Contract and oversee the development to completion.
Axiom were responsible for controlling development costs, preparing monthly Interim Certificates as well as monitoring project invoices on a Cashflow for the client’s records and budgeting.
