Located in East Mains Industrial Estate, Broxburn, the scheme includes ancillary storage, garage accommodation, parking, and landscaping to complement the office facilities.
Axiom was appointed as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor from the early design stages, overseeing both the CAT A base build and CAT B fit-out tailored to the client’s operational needs. Due to existing site conditions, a programme of enabling works was required including cable diversion works, infrastructure / roads upgrading works and mining consolidation works.
