The development comprises private rental apartments, co-working and amenity spaces, commercial space, and roof gardens. The project is part of a wider delivery of BTR developments with PLATFORM_, including Glasgow, Cardiff and Edinburgh.
Axiom was appointed as Project Manager to guide the project from pre-planning and design through to completion. Responsibilities included managing contractor progress meetings, client and stakeholder briefings, site programme reviews, and monthly reporting. Axiom also oversaw the financial development cashflow across both pre- and post-contract phases, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control.
