The project comprised the refurbishment and reconfiguration of a Grade A listed office building into 24 serviced apartments, with a commercial space suitable for a restaurant and bar at basement, ground, and mezzanine floor levels.
Axiom was appointed as Project Manager to coordinate and oversee all aspects of the works. Axiom was responsible for tracking and reporting on development costs, helping the client to accurately forecast future expenditure.
