The development included high end amenity spaces, including external roof terraces, resident lounges, gym and yoga studios. The scheme also included the development of four commercial units for lease. The project is part of a wider delivery of BTR developments with PLATFORM_, including Glasgow, Cardiff and Sheffield.
Axiom was appointed as Project Manager during the procurement phase, taking full ownership of project delivery across procurement, programme management, and development strategy. Axiom led the pre-construction services agreement to facilitate the execution of the Design and Build contract and commencement on site.
