The development comprises four blocks and includes a podium garden, resident lounges, games rooms, gym, cycle club and café, roof terraces, and a co-working commercial space with café. The project is part of a wider delivery of Build to Rent developments with PLATFORM_, including Cardiff, Sheffield and Edinburgh.
Axiom was appointed as Project Manager during the pre-planning phase to lead project delivery and provide strategic advice on programme, procurement, and development.
