The works included the refurbishment and conservation of existing road arches alongside the construction of new-build elements, delivering a new distillery with an immersive tour experience, plus retail space, bar, and roof terrace.
Axiom was appointed as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor to help coordinate specialist design elements, ensuring both the needs of a working distillery and a high-quality visitor centre were met, all while navigating planning constraints and the unique conditions of the existing arches.
Axiom managed the project team, controlled development costs, issued monthly drawdown certificates, and maintained a live expenditure cashflow to support accurate client forecasting.
