The works included the installation of four new stands, a floodlit artificial turf pitch and supporting infrastructure such as food and beverage outlets, toilet blocks, car parking, fencing, services, and groundworks.
Axiom coordinated and oversaw all aspects of the works, as well as managing development costs using a live expenditure cashflow to support accurate forecasting. Axiom also advised on client direct orders, ensuring these elements were fully aligned with the main Contract works. Careful phasing of construction around ongoing events at the Murrayfield campus was critical, particularly during Covid restrictions.
