The five-storey scheme includes trackside balconies and external terrace areas, with associated car parking and a bridge link across the track.
Following an initial due diligence phase, Axiom was appointed as Project and Cost Manager to finalise the Design and Build contract and associated agreements with the selected main contractor.
Throughout the project, Axiom managed all development costs, issued monthly drawdown certificates, and provided commercial reporting to the client. A regularly updated expenditure cashflow enabled accurate forecasting of ongoing costs.
