The Mixed-use development includes Residential (32 units), Student Accommodation (circa 160 units across two blocks), 4* hotel with 108 rooms including mews apartments, and limited commercial and restaurant use in an associated tenement building.
Axiom was appointed following planning approval to drive the design to construction issue, supporting the negotiation of the contract sum and building contract with the Main Contractor, and assisting the client during lease and funding negotiations.
