The development also included the creation of an outdoor Play Zone facility accessed via a new pedestrian bridge. The scheme was part of a wider aspiration to enhance the estate’s role in leisure, tourism, and hospitality, while supporting the local community.

Axiom were appointed as Project Manager and Cost Manager to oversee the works through design and construction. The Restoration Yard has proven highly successful in attracting visitors over the years and a number of additional play activities have since been introduced to further enhance the destination.
