The project included both new-build elements and refurbishment / conservation works to existing listed buildings and was delivered in a phased basis including the following key elements: New distillery, Visitor experience and display, Retail, Mutli-decked Car Park.
Axiom was appointed as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor for the project post planning, to drive the final design, Procurement and then build to completion.
Axiom was appointed as the role included co-ordination of various specialist design & build elements including brand / visitor experience design and processing / distilling design requirements; all with cognisance to the listed building status of the existing buildings.
