The new facility includes a six-lane, 25-metre pool, a 41-station gym, two fitness studios, and a 20-cover café, all built in line with Sport England’s design guidance. The ground floor houses the pool, café, and changing village, while the upper floor features the gym and flexible studio space.

Axiom was appointed to provide Project and Cost Management services following initial feasibility work. Axiom led the procurement of the design team, negotiated scopes and fees, and managed site investigations and surveys to support the planning application. The team guided the client through a collaborative RIBA Stage 3 design process, culminating in a negotiated tender and delivery under a JCT (2016) Design & Build Contract.
